Our training team works at all levels in client organisations. We’ve delivered a wide range of effective automotive related training programmes both in the UK and overseas. Here are a few examples, which highlight the scope of our service:

Vehicle Manufacturer – National Sales Programme

 

PAR Training was appointed to research, develop and deliver a sales training programme for the client’s entire retail network. This involved training hundreds of sales executives and managers over a six-year period. The programme was nationally acclaimed for the significant impact it had on increasing both customer test drives and order volume, as well as enhanced customer satisfaction and improved profitability.

Dealer Group – Change Programme

 

PAR Training delivered a two-year programme with a leading commercial vehicle dealer group with the objective of ensuring the client’s business featured in the upper quartile of the manufacturer network for financial and operational KPIs. This included designing and implementing a range of development programmes for the management team, a ‘customer values’ event delivered to all staff and intense sales and aftersales team training and validation. All objectives were surpassed.

Dealer Group – Aftersales Improvement

 

For this AM100 automotive retail group, PAR Training was appointed to design and deliver a customer facing development programme with a particular emphasis on customer relationship building and up-selling. The six-month project achieved considerable improvement in CSI scores and one of the highest service package penetrations in the client’s network.

Finance Provider – Business Development

 

PAR Training’s support helped this client to become recognised as the UK’s number one manufacturer finance house. Working to integrate the dealer development team with the network, we provided a number of specialist learning programmes that identified a clear correlation between the quality of the relationship with their dealers and the amount of business secured.

Major PLC – Parts Sales

 

This top 10 AM100 dealer group appointed PAR Training to create an exclusive up-selling programme to increase parts sales performance. Following a successful pilot, the training was rolled out to staff across the group’s network, which collectively represented 19 vehicle manufacturers.

Vehicle Manufacturer  – Management and Leadership

 

With a specific focus on improving the performance of middle managers, PAR Training constructed and delivered a suite of Management and Leadership programmes. A training needs analysis for managers from all parts of the business was carried out beforehand. The objective of achieving quantifiable improvement post training was met.
